Here are some of the resources available to you to support your mental health and wellness:

Calltime Mental Health is a public resource and mental health campaign for all workers in the motion picture industry and performing arts.
 
The Crisis Centre of BC is dedicated to providing help and hope to individuals, organizations, and communities. They will provide immediate access to barrier-free, non-judgemental, confidential support and follow-up through 24/7 phone lines and online services.
 
Actors Fund of Canada offers financial aid as well as mental health resources. “Navigator” is a free, personalized, confidential assistance service that connects arts and entertainment industry workers to mental health resources, programs, and supports. 

UBCP/ACTRA Member Addiction Memorial Fund is a pilot project that offers eligible applicants financial assistance for the cost of in-patient and out-patient treatment for substance use disorder and addiction.

Full members may also have resources available through their benefits provider. AFBS Members’ Insurance Program (AFBS) & Members Benefits Trust (MBT) includes employee/member assistance programs provided by Lifeworks, addiction/rehabilitation programs, and treatment funding, as well as extended mental health benefits.
